Meet Zennebe "Zee" Arnold
Founder at UX Teacher Prep, LLC
Zee is a compassionate career and wellness coach dedicated to supporting and uplifting teachers. She initially began her career in education as an English teacher and progressed to roles such as Teacher Development Coach, Mentor, and Training Academy Director. With a rich background spanning over 15 years in education, Zee's journey from teacher to UX Researcher at a leading EdTech company was fueled by a burning desire to make a profound impact in the field of education. She specializes in qualitative UX Research methods and is a Certified UX Writer.
Through her struggles with self-doubt and burnout, Zee has developed a heartfelt mission to guide seasoned educators toward achieving a harmonious work-life balance and transitioning to a more fulfilling career. With genuine care, Zee is determined to be a supportive ally on their journey, placing a special emphasis on amplifying diverse voices in the critical field of User Experience (UX).
